We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for a potential leader, teamplayer and proactive individual who understands how to prioritize and solve day to day problems to deliver Aeroméxico's aircraft in accordance with policies and manuals. The scope of the role is to ensure that check-in, gate, ramp, and below-the-wing operations are carried out in compliance with Aeroméxico's policies and regulations. Educational requirements: ~ Advanced English and Spanish. Experience: In customer service In aviation, ticket issuance and baggage system, familiar with ground operations processes (optional). In leadership roles Skills to succeed: Ability to lead a team from diverse cultures. Capable of communicating with people from different backgrounds and specialties (above and below the wing). Guide ground service staff to deliver a high-quality product to AM guests. Join us!
