Quality Control Officer (team lead) – Aerospace & Precision Engineering About the Role Are you a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer with a passion for high-tech manufacturing? Do you have experience in aerospace or precision engineering and a strong technical mindset? We are looking for a skilled professional to conduct visual inspections, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspections and ensure all processes meet quality standards Oversee product quality, process optimization, and compliance Identify and resolve quality issues in precision manufacturing environments Ensure proper documentation and implementation of corrective actions Work within and maintain cleanroom compliance standards Your Profile Education & Experience MBO or HBO degree in Engineering (or related technical field) 5 to 10+ years of experience in quality control, aerospace, or precision industries Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of quality control tools and standards (QI, QA, QC, IWQ) Experience in process improvement, compliance, and risk management Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and ensure cleanroom compliance Strong technical understanding and attention to detail Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus) Why Join Us?
