We are an innovative high-tech company serving global industrial clients. We design and manufacture optical precision elements and assemblies for a variety of markets including medical, semiconductor, security, automotive and construction. Various technologies are used in this process, such as replication of optical structures, deposition, etching, lithographic patterning, CNC milling and other techniques. Our optomechanical modules and micro-optical assemblies are manufactured in our own cleanroom facilities at the new Brainport Industries Campus. As a CMM Programmer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining software programs to automate CMM machines. You have the capability to test and debug programs to ensure they meet quality standards or modify existing programs to improve efficiency and accuracy. You work closely in cross-functional teams, including production, manufacturing, and development engineering, to ensure that the sourced components meet quality standards. In this position, you’ll be part of the Metrology team, where you have a flawless ability to conduct different types of measurements, from mechanical to optical products. Write programs based on the available software for the CMM. ~Determine the conformance of products based on data received from the CMM. ~Support the Project Manager or Quality Manager in advising on dimensional inspection results (customer and supplier products). ~Maintain documentation records and data on tests performed. ~Recommend quality control solutions to complex problems and implement corrective actions.
