Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician , you will be crucial to the maintenance team, ensuring the proper functioning of cutting-edge machines, equipment, and facilities. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where your technical expertise and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues will be valued. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site mechanical repairs and troubleshoot package lockers, using a car or van to reach various locations. Conduct functional tests, repair low-voltage components, and verify the quality of electrical installations. Handle software fault reports remotely (with support from the technical team) for lockers. Manage electronic testing and replacements, following technical documentation. Collaborate with the team to document interventions, report results, and suggest improvements. Provide reactive assistance, addressing maintenance needs quickly to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA). Conduct routine maintenance, prioritizing urgent repairs in the field and at various sites. Complete post-maintenance reports with accurate data. Assist with locker installations, loading, testing, and warehouse inventory as needed. Perform electrical installations and ensure proper cable routing. Requirements: Good command of English and Dutch. Proficiency in Excel and data entry tasks. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service and patience, especially when dealing with technical and non-technical users. Comfortable with both hardware and software aspects of technology. Proven multitasking and prioritization skills. Extra Valued Skills: Technical vocational training or equivalent experience.
