Sales account manager | Dutch speaker


Are you ready to help create the future of eCommerce in dairy? Accountmanager eCommerce, Utrecht Increasingly shopper missions are being fulfilled by eCommerce platforms and in this role you will support in delivering on Arla’s sales growth, taking lead on delivering key customer objectives. Reporting to the head of eCommerce in the Netherlands, you’ll play a key role in establishing Arla as a strategic eCommerce partner of choice with the customers in the market, while you’ll also join the European eCommerce community to share and obtain best practices. Arla has an ambitious commercial agenda and as eCommerce Professional, you’ll support the eCommerce strategy in the Netherlands as well as for Europe to enable delivery of our growth ambitions. Establish strong customer relationships, supporting Arla Foods being a strategic eCommerce partner of choice to deliver on Arla’s sales growth; Deliver continuous and actionable performance reporting across accounts; Develop, optimize and deliver customer strategy in collaboration with the local eCommerce team and customer category managers, based on best practices and business KPI’s; Lead & execute annual business plans & online retail media mix (e.g. sponsored products), in cooperation with the eCommerce Specialist; Robust eCommerce promotional and financial tracking; Collaborate with the eCommerce community to share and obtain best practices. We are looking for a strong team-player who can create and build strong business relationships. A person with strong analytical capabilities who can turn data into actionable insights – and who has 2+ years of experience in the eCommerce environment in an FMCG sales or retail role. Bachelor/Msc degree, preferably in business management, marketing management or related field; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights; Strong communication skills as well as proficiency in written and spoken Dutch and English; Knowledge of Dutch food e-retail landscape with a passion for eCommerce sales, customer insights & business development; Knowledge of retailer data platforms (e.g. An approach as a team player with the possibility to work independently under own responsibility.
