Sr HR Advisor (Associate) (32-40) Briddge Legal & Finance is a fast-growing company specializing in financial and legal services for international clients. With extensive expertise and experience, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including accounting, tax, payroll, corporate law, immigration, employment law and HR solutions.
Our client-facing HR team is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor (we call it Senior HR Associate) to provide expert guidance and support to international clients on a broad spectrum of HR-related matters. From health & safety, employee relations, and performance management to leave policies, advising on collective labour agreements and carrying out sick leave management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive top-tier HR support and advice.
While the primary focus is on Dutch employment law, you will also advise on HR practices across various European countries. In some cases, you may act as a dedicated in-house HR Advisor for a specific client, working on-site for one or two days per week to address their HR needs directly. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity where you will work within a stable and experienced team, gaining valuable exposure to employment law, immigration, payroll and HR practices across multiple industries. Independently advising and supporting international clients on a wide range of (more complex) HR-related matters including Collective Labour Agreements, forms of leave, employee benefits, performance management and employee relations.
Engaging in client or prospect meetings to assess HR needs and propose solutions.
Acting as an in-house HR Advisor for clients on a temporary basis as required.
Delivering training to clients on HR matters or giving seminars/webinars to (potential) clients
Support and train other (more junior) team members in their daily work as required.
A skilled and motivated Senior HR Associate to join our dynamic HR team! If you have a knack for guiding clients through complex HR matters and love collaborating with experts in employment law, payroll, and immigration, this role is for you.
HBO degree (preferably in HR or a related field) with at least 5 years of experience in an HR advisory or similar role
Fluent in both English and Dutch, with excellent writing and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR-related legislation
A team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-moving environment
Curious and eager to learn, continuously developing HR expertise
And last but not least, someone with a good sense of humor that helps make working fun!
