Recruitment & Communications Specialist

So, as part of our HR department, we are looking for a driven Recruitment(-Marketing) & Communications Specialist who will play a key role in finding, engaging, and retaining new talent, as well as strengthening our internal and external communication.
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for both the recruitment process and all communication within our organization. You will ensure that the right talent is in the right place, while also enhancing our employer brand. You will work closely with all departments within our organization to optimize our communication and recruitment strategies.
What else are you responsible for?
- Business & Labor Market Communication Strategy: Developing, optimizing, and implementing our recruitment(-marketing) and communication policies, including the transition from recruitment to talent acquisition.
- Communication Management: Managing our internal and external communication platforms and channels.
- Recruitment (& Selection): Managing the full recruitment (and selection) process for various positions within our organization.
- Employer and Employee Branding: Strengthening our employer brand and increasing employee engagement.
- Do you have an background in HR? You might also become responsible for the full selection process and the contact with Educational Institutions to attract and retain young talent for Canpack!
What will a week look like as a Recruitment & Communications Specialist?
- Creating content for our social media channels and ensuring regular updates.
- Collaborating with our marketing colleagues at the headquarters to design and implement the second phase of our website.
- Conducting selection interviews and maintaining contact with candidates in the pipeline.
- Updating our 'News Page' on our website, by creating blogs about our people and our work.
- Attending meetings with headquarters colleagues about the development and implementation of our new internal communication platform.
- Ensuring clear communication regarding changes and events within our organization.
- Spend time on the shopfloor to identify communication needs from employees and managers.
- Working closely with the Senior managers and HR Business Partner to advise managers in their search for the right profiles, and leading the strategy to fill open vacancies.

- You know all the ins and outs of social media and how to use it to attract talent and represent the organization.
- You are available for 32-40 hours per week .
- You live in our local region (Helmond and surroundings).
- You have excellent command of the English language (at B2 level or higher).
- You have a completed HBO or WO degree in Marketing, Communication, HRM, or a related field.
