Chief of Staff

Overview:

My client is a private equity backed digital business who are seeking a Chief of Staff to work in their Executive Office. The business is at a pivotal point of growth, change and restructuring, as they transition to a SaaS business model and aim for a potential exit in a few years time.

Role:

  • Capital Market Activities: developing and implementing a new strategy alongside the CFO
  • Communications: improving relationships and enhancing communications with external parties
  • Strategic Projects: leading on a variety of projects across the Executive Office and collaborating with all parts of the business to ensure successful project execution

Ideal Candidate:

  • Current or former strategy consultant from McKinsey, Bain or BCG - Engagement Manager or Project Leader Equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Pro-active approach and willingness to be hands on

Location: Amsterdam / Hybrid
