We aim to establish ourselves sustainably as the technologically premier proprietary trading firm in the crypto-finance space. We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, attention to detail, and proficiency in Exact Online. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting tax compliance while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounting department. We are  not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position General Accounting : o Process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments in Exact Online. o Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. o Maintain and organize financial records in accordance with Dutch regulations. Accounts Payable o Monitor and manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments  Financial Reporting : o Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management  Tax Compliance : o Collaboarte with the 3 rd party company for preparing VAT returns and other tax filings, ensuring compliance with Dutch tax regulations. o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax rules and regulations. o Help optimize accounting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the use of Exact Online o Collaborate with team to improve financial workflows. o Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. o At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance. o Prior experience using  Exact Online is required. o Experience with Dutch tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax) is a plus. o Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. o Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge preferred). o Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
