SecOps Engineer

We aim to establish ourselves sustainably as the technologically premier proprietary trading firm in the crypto-finance space.    We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our algorithmic trading company at a pivotal time as we undertake a comprehensive infrastructure redesign. This role focuses on building a streamlined, modern infrastructure that minimizes maintenance efforts while supporting the demands of high-performance, low-latency trading systems. If so, we want you to join our team!  Collaborate on the design and implementation of a robust, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure for trading operations. Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies. Establish systems to monitor the performance and reliability of critical trading infrastructure(e.g., Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to ensure uninterrupted trading operations. Collaboration Across Teams Align with development, trading, and operations teams to align infrastructure goals with system requirements. Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts and applications to automate operational tasks and manage infrastructure  Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices that integrate seamlessly with DevOps workflows  Implement unit tests and contribute to code reviews, ensuring the high quality of Python-based code  Maintain and support the existing codebase, ensuring that it remains robust, efficient, and up-to-date as our projects evolve. 1-3 years in a DevOps, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or fintech environment. Understanding of high-performance computing or financial systems is a plus. Proficiency with Python Knowledge of other scripting or backend languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, Ruby)  Engage in exciting projects that intersect with the cutting-edge fields of trading, finance, and digital assets Opportunity to participate in Employee stock options plan with a rapidly growing FinTech with a proven 6-year track record Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the option to work on-site when needed.
