Manager Produkcji - Production Manager

We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production, supplier coordination, materials procurement, and stock management . This role requires operational precision, strategic planning, and flexibility to ensure the smooth flow of inventory and prevent stock shortages. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to align production with demand. Key Responsibilities Manage production & inventory to ensure timely restocking and prevent out-of-stock issues. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement of key components. Monitor demand & forecast using sales data to plan production. Oversee compliance by ensuring PIF, CNPN, and international regulatory updates. Align cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, and supply chain). Requirements ~1–2 years experience in production, supply chain, or inventory management (beauty/fragrance industry is a plus). ~ Strong project management and supply chain coordination skills. ~ Fluent Italian (C1 or native)—daily communication with Italian suppliers is required. ~ Experience with batch manufacturing & supplier negotiations . ~ Analytical mindset for demand forecasting and stock optimization.
