We've all seen the news - AI is booming, and data centres are being built at a record rate worldwide. Want to be a part of it? Read on. Frankland Automation is currently working with a large global automation business that is the market leader in providing automation design, installation, and support to the data centre industries. We're looking for a candidate to be based in the Frankfurt area, who will assist on sites both locally and across the EU. In this role, you'll manage small teams of engineers that design, install, and test automation systems, covering a variety of products and software. The primary offering covers Automation Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), working with both hyperscale and co-location data centre owners. What are we looking for? Data Centre industry experience isn't necessary. The candidate will be trained on the specifics of each project. Leadership experience Strong automation experience (PLC and SCADA programming are a must). Fluent in English and holding an EU passport (due to frequent EU-travel). Salary range: From €65K to €75K fixed salary, plus an industry leading bonus program and clear opportunities for growth. Travel: Up to 40% of the year across the EU.
