Senior Operations Engineer

What does the role of Senior Production Engineer Volume entail? In this role, you are responsible for technically introducing, maintaining, and improving/optimizing the assembly and manufacturing process. As a specialist in the product and assembly process, you are the technical point of contact both internally and externally for technical matters. Technical internal and external point of contact, specialist of the product and the assembly, manufacturing process. Evaluation of TPD on assembly hours (VC), feasibility, and risks (FMEA). Together with (Senior) Quality Engineers, you promote the Zero Defects mindset and focus on the "First Time Right" approach within the internal organization. Implement new assembly possibilities in production. Coaching, supervising the PE staff, determining priorities, and securing working methods. Implement new assembly capabilities in production. Are you our Senior Production Engineer? Completed HBO education, preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. Experience in a production/manufacturing environment with high-tech products and complex assembly processes.You have achieved demonstrable success in the field of process improvement and have mastered the relevant methods of (statistical) data analysis. A proactive work attitude with a constant focus on the quality and optimization of the assembly process. Proficient in English, spoken and written and Dutch is an advantage.
