Site Manager – Facade Construction Project Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands Duration: 12 months We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a facade construction project in Rotterdam. You will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and manage facade construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and quality control. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines. Lead site meetings, inspections, and provide regular progress reports. Ensure site is adequately resourced with materials, equipment, and manpower. Act as the main point of contact for on-site teams, clients, and stakeholders. Requirements: 5+ years of site management experience, ideally in facade construction (e.g., curtain walls, glazing, cladding). Strong understanding of facade construction processes, safety, and quality standards. Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site.
