Job Description
Managing Hyxi Technology Europe B.V. logistic duties: inbound and outbound of shipment, stock coordination;
Working closely with Sales, RMA, BO, Supply Chain and external warehouse company;
Handling all issues with freight forwarder and other logistics companies to coordinate the shipments;
Being the process cooperator/coordinator of the tailored Hyxi ERP systems;
Contact various transportation companies to acquire shipping quotes and select the most cost-efficient, available and reliable carrier(s);
Coordinating warehouse activities;
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation;
Other duties as directed by Business Operation and Logistics Director
Job Requirement
~ Min. a Bachelor degree
~3 years of recent relevant experience
~ Strong communication, analytical, organizational, customer service and skills
~ Profound knowledge of MS Office and Oracle systems
~ Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
~ Accuracy in this role is mandatory
~ Excellent problem solving and communication skills
~ Fulltime 40 hours per week
~ Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
