As a Project Sales Manager, your role typically involves a mix of sales, project management, and customer relationship management. Together with our Sales Team, your role would be to spot and develop opportunities within the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as to contribute to overall sales increase in the in the whole Benelux region. Tasks:
- Push Project business activities within the region, collect needs, close deals on-site
- Work together with other Project Leaders in common international projects and secure international coordination, work closely together with all necessary departments to gain Projects as a team
- Build up strong relationships with Customers including Customer visits and with local potential suppliers
- Responsible to achieve targets assigned to the country
- Use CRM for projects; Have a clear overview about pipeline and estimation of closing (in % and dates) through CRM / SAP
- Propose services, products, solutions needed to improve Project Business in the Countries
- Have an overview about local market price situation
- Develop a full understanding of the different markets assigned, their dynamics, products and services offered, main competitors, channels, decision makers and potential suppliers to develop a comprehensive offering available for the country
Expertise/Personality:
- Knowledge about infrastructure market and suppliers/competitors in the respective geographical area assigned (Benelux / extra other areas a plus)
- Deep knowledge of cable infrastructure markets and products, energy cables LV and MV and data/fibers
- Passionate and specialized in project business, proactive sales hunter and team player mentality
- Service and customer oriented
Competences:
- Consultative selling
- Fluent in Dutch / English language (French is a plus)
- Very good rhetoric and presenter skills
- Living in the Netherlands / Belgium
