Technical Lead

As a MES Technical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within our organization. Methodology Development: Vendor and Investigation Management: Oversee vendor performance and contracts while assisting in investigations to identify and resolve MES-related issues effectively. Recipe Development & Collaboration: Support and enhance MES recipes and capabilities through collaboration with technical teams to ensure reliable and sustainable manufacturing performance. Training, Compliance, and Improvement: Develop and update SOPs, conduct MES training for personnel, and ensure documentation complies with SDLC requirements while identifying continuous improvement opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or science) or equivalent, with extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in validation processes within pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and proficiency in report writing, policy development, and understanding of international codes and standards. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, with business proficiency in both Dutch and English being mandatory We welcome you to a truly global, dynamic and challenging environment with great opportunities for personal development.
