Job Description
As an NPI Engineer, you are the technical link between the customer, the supply chain, and the engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful introduction of new products into production, coordinating with various departments to meet project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical contact for new product introductions. Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Manage project timelines and deliverables. Provide technical support and training to production staff. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
