The role in a nutshell:
As a
Customer Support Specialist , you'll be the go-to person for customers - the first friendly face (or voice!) they connect with. You'll handle all kinds of support inquiries, provide helpful solutions, and make sure customers feel heard and supported.
In this role, you'll also assist various departments, such as Sales and Research, ensuring smooth internal processes and seamless collaboration. Since they serve a wide range of industries - from retail and e-commerce to service providers - you'll have the opportunity to learn about different business sectors and expand your knowledge.
What you'll be doing:
Be the first point of contact for customers, handling their questions via phone, email and online tickets.
Provide support and guidance to customers on feedback collection and the use of their solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales team, assisting with campaigns and following up with potential customers.
Manage administrative tasks, including sending invoices and addressing first-line finance-related questions (accounts receivable management).
Support the Research team and other departments on ongoing projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
