Customer Support Specialists


They help businesses gather verified customer insights to improve services and build trust &##129309; As an official Google Review Partner, they focus on transparency, authenticity and verification to ensure reviews are always reliable. As a Customer Support Specialist , you'll be the go-to person for customers - the first friendly face (or voice!) You'll handle all kinds of support inquiries, provide helpful solutions, and make sure customers feel heard and supported. Since they serve a wide range of industries - from retail and e-commerce to service providers - you'll have the opportunity to learn about different business sectors and expand your knowledge. Be the first point of contact for customers, handling their questions via phone, email and online tickets. Provide support and guidance to customers on feedback collection and the use of their solutions. Collaborate with the Sales team, assisting with campaigns and following up with potential customers. Manage administrative tasks, including sending invoices and addressing first-line finance-related questions (accounts receivable management). Support the Research team and other departments on ongoing projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You get energy from helping customers and finding the best solutions to their questions. You bring 2+ years of experience in a similar customer support or service role. You're a true team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve shared goals. You are fluent in Dutch (mandatory).
