You will become a key link in the PMO team. After you have sufficiently 'internalized' the programme and the organization, you will concentrate on identifying the 'missing links'. And that is quite a challenge in a programme with multiple (very) complex subprojects, different contractors and 'feeds' from various disciplines. Your experience and expertise are of great value in structuring and clarifying all planning data. Of course, you are not entirely on your own, but can fall back on a close-knit team of international planning and control specialists.
