QA Director | Medical Devices | NL BASED | GLOBAL SCOPE Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance leader looking for an exciting opportunity to drive compliance, efficiency, and excellence in a rapidly growing medical device company? Our client, a leading innovator in the industry , is seeking a QA Director to lead a high-performing team across the Netherlands and the USA. As QA Director, you will lead a team of senior QA and QMS professionals, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, MDSAP, EU MDR, and other key regulatory standards. You'll drive QMS digitization, process efficiency, and a strong quality culture, while working closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Engineering, and Product Development teams. Lead & Develop a high-performing QA team, fostering engagement and professional growth. ✔️ Oversee Quality Strategy: ensure QMS certifications, regulatory compliance, and process excellence. ✔️ Collaborate with Leadership: align quality objectives with business strategy. ✔️ Manage Budget & Resources: ensure optimal use of QA resources while meeting key benchmarks. 7+ years in Medical Devices , with at least 2 years in a senior/director QA/QMS role . ✅ A strategic leader with a people-first mindset and strong stakeholder management skills. ✅ Fluent in English , with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
