Key Responsibilities 1.Market Development & Strategy Ø Identify and assess business opportunities in the EV charging industry across the Benelux region. Ø Develop and implement a business strategy to drive growth and market penetration. Ø Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market demands. 2.Partnerships & Relationship Management Ø Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the C&I market, including municipalities, utilities, automotive companies, and real estate developers. Ø Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with company objectives. Ø Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen our brand presence. 3.Sales & Revenue Generation Ø Drive sales activities to achieve revenue targets, including customer presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Ø Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, operations) to ensure successful implementation of EV charging solutions. 4.Project Management & Execution Ø Oversee and manage the deployment of EV charging stations, working closely with the project and operations teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Ø Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle. 5.Reporting & Analysis Ø Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance. Ø Prepare regular updates for senior management on market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance. Requirements 1. Experience: Ø 3~5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the EV, automotive, or renewable energy sector. Ø Proven track record of success in the Netherlands region, with a strong network in the EV charging ecosystem. 2. Skills: Ø Strong understanding of the EV charging market, policies, and industry standards in the Francophone region. Ø Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Dutch and English. Ø Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ø Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in MS Office Suite. 3. Travel: Willingness to travel frequently. 4. Language: proficient in Dutch and English.
