As Account Manger Finished Goods, you will be part of the Finished Goods Cluster business segment . You’ll manage key accounts, drive growth with existing customers, and play a strategic role in shaping Rompa’s future sales ambition. Your ability to communicate, negotiate, and think both strategically and tactically will make you excel in this role.
Manage & Grow Accounts
✔️ Analyze and interpret sales figures to identify growth opportunities.
✔️ Negotiate price adjustments and commercial agreements.
✔️ Develop and implement account plans with clear follow-ups.
✔️ Set sales budgets and targets, and ensure they are met.
Work closely with international sales teams to achieve common goals.
✔️ Contribute to strategic sales plans for the upcoming years.
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong analytical skills.
&##At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a commercial/account management role within a production environment.
&##Strong in both farming (growing existing accounts) and hunting (new business development).
&##Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
