GUM, one of its oral care brands, offers a portfolio of solutions designed to accompany people through different life stages and oral health challenges To join our passionate and dynamic team in the Netherlands, to be based in our offices in Naarden (Amsterdam), we are currently looking for a CONTROLLER Mission of the role This role is essential in managing of all accounting & controlling functions as per HQ and EU policy/procedures, general office and personnel administration, purchasing, and sales administration functions. The chosen candidate will ensure that relevant reporting is available to local, regional and functional management to ensure efficient business decisions will be taken. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the General Manager Netherlands, the s/he will have the following responsibilities, among the others: Organization of all administrative and book-keeping activities Preparing of the monthly and yearly reporting Preparation of yearly budget Being the primary contact person to European controller for all financial and book-keeping questions as well as for local regulatory aspects of book-keeping procedures Preparing monthly cash flow analysis and forecast Prepare performance report with KPI as well as management report figures. Support to general office & personnel administration, manage payroll accounting Internal controlling of marketing expenses (together with product management) Financial planning (Annual Budget and rolling forecast) and financial analysis Response for HR in the Benelux Ensure policy and procedures are complied with. Qualifications University degree with specialization in Finance / Accounting Minimum of 5 years in accounting / controlling, preferably in FMCG context within a multinational Company Business fluent in Dutch and English (both writing and speaking). French, other European languages are a plus Experience with general administration, personnel administration, payroll accounting will represent a strong asset to cover the job successfully Accounting - Broad understanding and ability to keep up to date with new accounting rules and regulations. Very good knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis and Taxation Well organized, efficient and goal-oriented
