Customer Support Specialist (Permanent)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric colleague to join our Withlocals team as a Customer Support Officer with a strong commercial mindset. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue and promote customer loyalty. Please know that being fully remote is not an option for this role, so only apply if you can actually be in our Eindhoven office in The Netherlands for at least 2 days a week. Proactively engage with guests and hosts to gather feedback, identify areas of improvement, and relay this information to the appropriate teams within Withlocals. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for revenue generation; Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach; A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests, hosts and colleagues; We would like you to join the team in our Eindhoven office for onboarding and direct collaboration for at least 2 days a week; A practical assessment will be part of the process to help you and us to find the right fit; Customer Support Specialist at Withlocals We’ve come a long way from being a small startup with a big vision to a fast-growing company making a big impact.
