As Senior HR Manager – Europe, you’re not just overseeing HR. While this role carries significant strategic influence and operational leadership, end responsibility for HR is with the CFO. Lead a team of seasoned HR managers and senior experts across Europe. Together, you’ll deliver operational excellence—overseeing talent processes, performance management, merit increases, restructurings, dismissals, and rewards in line with strategy, compliance, and care.
&##You’ll advise senior management and contribute to strategic data driven decision-making across the region. From individual talent cases to organizational design, your insight will help shape people strategies that support Yokogawa’s business goals.
&##Through data, collaboration, and experience, you’ll raise the bar on how HR supports performance, development, and retention.
&##Manage cross-border HR projects and initiatives that align with our global HR policies, YEF Strategy, country plans. Strong leadership skills and experience managing senior HR teams across multiple countries
Expertise in labor law, performance management, compensation, and change management
Confidence in advising executive leadership on both individual and organizational HR matters
Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
