Senior HR Manager – Europe &##At Yokogawa, we’ve spent over a century engineering precision and progress in industrial automation and sustainability. Now, we’re looking for a strong and experienced Senior HR Manager to help us shape what comes next—across Europe. As Senior HR Manager – Europe, you’re not just overseeing HR. While this role carries significant strategic influence and operational leadership, end responsibility for HR is with the CFO. Lead a team of seasoned HR managers and senior experts across Europe. Together, you’ll deliver operational excellence—overseeing talent processes, performance management, merit increases, restructurings, dismissals, and rewards in line with strategy, compliance, and care. &##You’ll advise senior management and contribute to strategic data driven decision-making across the region. From individual talent cases to organizational design, your insight will help shape people strategies that support Yokogawa’s business goals. &##Through data, collaboration, and experience, you’ll raise the bar on how HR supports performance, development, and retention. &##Manage cross-border HR projects and initiatives that align with our global HR policies, YEF Strategy, country plans.
