Permanent Recruitment Consultant Levy is looking for a driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our international team in Amsterdam to place permanent IT professionals. As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be working for several major clients and prospects of Levy and also building new business contacts. The role involves sales, recruitment, new business, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will be setting meetings and building relations for the permanent recruitment needs. You will analyse the client, get to know the culture, and learn what the values are. In addition, you will deal with the full recruitment cycle. It is therefore important that you build solid and market-related Talent Pools of IT candidates and convert them to success. You are in possession of a Bachelor's and/or a Master’s degree. &##You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluent proficiency in Dutch is a plus! &##You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in professional services preferably with recruitment, secondment & selection of professionals or sales in a commercial environment, involving tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, generating new business and managing client relationships. &##You have some affinity with IT, data, Fintech and/or finance. &##You have experience with ATS software and other recruitment tools such as Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter. &##Experience or familiarity with the Dutch, Benelux and/or Nordic market is a plus.
