Nidec Europe Sales B.NESN is a subsidiary of Nidec Corporation with its European headquarter located in the World Trade Centre in Almere-The Netherlands and consisting of multiple business units.

The main application and market sectors where we have established a strong position are related to the following market sectors: telecom, office automation, household, machinery, automotive, air handling devices, drone technologies, lightning applications, medical systems, banking machines and the refrigeration sector in which we are also able to customize our portfolio into the needs of our global customers with very high quality standards which has been recognized globally.
To achieve our challenging goals and strengthen the European Sales organisation, we are looking for a Sales Manager driving the market in the DACH and other regions from our sales office in The Netherlands.
Job description Sales manager :
Sales & New Business development in the European Region .
Among them EV Chargers, Factory Automation (Variable Speed Drives), Heatpump, Automotive, IT cooling applications (Rack, CDU, data centres) and household appliance programs.
Generating and managing new customer prospects and accounts from the start of the sales cycle through to the post-sales operations directly and with support of other team members.
Knowledge and understanding of products, applications comparable with Nidec products. (
Knowledge of developing the market with distributors and opening new accounts in the region. Knowledge of supporting in designing, Stepping Motor, DC Motor & Fan products in Applications of our customers in diverse sectors.
A strong experience in new business development in one or more of the following applications: EV Chargers, Factory Automation (Variable Speed Drives), Heatpump, Automotive, IT cooling applications (Rack, CDU, data centres) and household appliance.
An experienced sales/business developer/product manager with 5-8 years “hunter “ experience.
A technical qualification – a degree in mechanical or electronic engineering is preferable (bachelor/master)
Commercial awareness of factors affecting profitability and revenue of a Company.
Entrepreneurial, Pro Active, Team worker and Ambition to grow and succeed in the region.
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
Located and eligible to work in the Netherlands.
