Our client is seeking a highly skilled Security Resiliency Consultant to enhance their cybersecurity capabilities. This role is crucial for protecting their organisation from evolving threats and ensuring the ability to recover from cybersecurity incidents. Key Responsibilities Assess and Implement Security Measures: Conduct thorough assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures to protect against known and unknown threats. Collaboration and Guidance: Work closely with our client's teams to understand their unique security needs, providing expert guidance on best practices, risk management strategies, and robust security policies. Design and Deployment: Design and implement security controls, policies, and procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy state-of-the-art technologies and recovery solutions. Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct comprehensive security resiliency assessments, identifying gaps and risks, and provide recommendations that align with regulatory frameworks like ISO27000 and NIST. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in information security consulting and implementation. Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. Experience with security frameworks like NIST and ISO27000. Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts. Ability to adapt to changing security threats and technologies. Proficiency in Dutch for supporting operations in the Netherlands. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in resiliency risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Knowledge of NIST Control Framework and other regulatory frameworks. Experience with cloud resiliency, cyber resiliency/incident management, and ransomware protection solutions. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
