What you'll work on:

Create amazing content:

build out our encyclopedia of tips on gloobles.com

write and upload curated itineraries

check and edit bespoke travel proposals

contribute to the social calendar, including brainstorming ideas, writing captions and creating reels.

lend a hand with communications including

drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

monitoring and managing various mailboxes.

contribute to our guidebook frameworks and aid the distribution process

Coordinate exciting projects:

assist in coordinating and executing special projects as assigned by the team, including photography schedules for books, and running external events.

collaborate with various teams to ensure project deadlines are met.

Help with executive support:

provide high-level administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel bookings.

act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritising communications.

stellar writing skills and the ability to craft error-free English copy

excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

ability to handle confidential information with discretion

passion for travel, design and lifestyle

to be enrolled in a degree programme focused on journalism, communications or design.
