We are helping our client, a full-stack design studio, find an Associate Creative Producer to join their team. The studio works with product teams and drives positive change by designing products (digital and physical), brands, marketing campaigns, and producing live-action and animated videos. Some of the clients: Microsoft, Y-combinator, Google, Toyota, Xbox, Audi. About the role: The Associate Creative Producer is a natural communicator and storyteller, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across various formats. They can confidently present ideas, engage stakeholders, and bring clarity to complex topics through strong writing and strategic thinking. Beyond their writing expertise, the Associate Creative Producer has hands-on experience in production, understanding how creative ideas translate into final assets. They work collaboratively with creative teams, guiding projects from concept to execution. What’s the job: Translating complex business requirements into engaging and clear wording and visuals Structuring insights and visualizing information in FigJam to inspire the team Conducting brand and product research to build strong narratives Crafting compelling messages and stories across short and long-form content for various media Collaborating with designers, producers, and project managers to develop and launch projects Confidently presenting ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients What you’ll need: Exceptional writing and communication skills 2+ years of experience in brand, product, or service communications through text and visuals Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly Experience working with creative teams in fast-paced environments Proficiency in FigJam and AI tools Basic understanding of video formats and editing (preferred) What’s offered 100% remote position Generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays Compensation: 60-80k USD, B2B contract.
