Lead Service Designer / Senior Service Designer / Randstad / Hybrid / 12 month + contract My client is undergoing a significant transformation in digital experience and service design. With a reorganization in progress and an increasing demand for service design expertise, we are looking for a Lead Service Designer or Senior Service Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of fulfillment / logistic operations. This role is crucial in streamlining service design practices and business processes across 30+ fulfillment products, ensuring alignment across multiple departments, and supporting a large-scale transformation that includes product feature processes and product replacements. Key Responsibilities Oversee and improve ways of working across three key projects, driving process improvements and efficiency. Develop a framework to collaborate effectively with Business Process Developer Leaders (BPDLs), service designers, Research and UX designers Work closely with Director of UX & Service Design, providing hands-on support rather than purely people management. Navigate complex interdependencies across customer growth, marketing, and fulfillment services. Support teams in defining processes and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. What We're Looking For Proven experience in service design (preferably in a senior or leadership capacity). Strong ability to define processes and improve ways of working across multiple teams. Experience working in large-scale transformation projects, ideally in fulfillment, logistics, or co-worker experience. Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in complex stakeholder environments with multiple dependencies. Why Join?
