Wat ga jij doen als SAP TestManager?

You are responsible for testing in allphases of the SAP implementation as advisor and to ensure a propertest execution. Your responsibility ranges from leading customerconversations around SAP testing and drawing up proposals as expertin our bid teams, to managing the actual testing in the SAP projectas a Test Manager and ensuring the right use of test tooling.Furthermore, you act as an expert in the field test management ingeneral and are a sparring partner for your colleagues in the teamand to further professionalize our services and offering withingTest management in the SAP team.

Within thetesting area you will be primarily responsiblefor:

• Test Strategy &Design: Define the testing strategy for variousstages of an SAP project with our clients. Organize testrequirements (functional and non-functional), write test plans, andensure progress management. Set clear phase entry and exitcriteria, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create testablesystems, lead and guide user testing efforts in cycles like unittest, SIT, UAT and go-live smoketesting.
• Automation &AI: Lead & support creation of testautomation strategies and POCs on various software like TricentisTosca, HPALM, JIRA, Cloud ALM and test non-functionalrequirements.

You will work inmultidisciplinary teams in which you realize improvements fornational and international customers and thus directly deliverimpact to various organizations.

You will begiven control over testing area in various types of projects invarious sectors in which S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud andrelated solutions are the main underlying IT solutions. Successfuldelivery of the testing efforts and the appropriate use of testtooling in our SAP projects is your responsibility.

• At least2-3 years of relevant work experience as an SAP test consultant ormanager
• A good understanding of SAP S/4HANA andrelated technological trends with main focus on SAP Public andPrivate cloud and the BTPplatform
• Understanding of market driven testingsoftware like Tricentis Tosca, HPALM, JIRA ,, Zephyr on JIRAetc
• Completed an academic (Master's) degree,preferably (Technical) Business Administration, IndustrialEngineering, Information Management or similareducation
• A strong track record in the field ofERP implementation projects, where you demonstrably achieve resultswhile keeping the interests of the customer and KPMG inmind
• You like to contribute to our SAP servicesand are a real motivator
• You are proficient inDutch and English, both verbally and inwriting
• The ability to effectively manage,motivate and coach a team
• TMap certified is aplus

You can make testing withincomplex SAP solutions understandable for non-IT experts, such asbusiness stakeholders.
