Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment & HR Intern to join our team at GloPros in Amsterdam. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on technology. As an intern, you will support the HR and recruitment team in various tasks, including posting job openings, conducting initial candidate screenings, and managing candidate offerings through the recruitment portal of our Dutch multinational clients. Additionally, you will assist with organizing and launching our AI-powered platform, providing customer support, and contributing to tech enhancements. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in our Amsterdam office, situated in the scenic canals of Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• University level or WO-level education
• Previous experience or skills in recruitment and hiring
• Marketing and social media skills are a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
• Fluent in Dutch (required), proficiency in English (preferred)
