The company offers an end-to-end, on premise, machine supply and breakdown service proposition under the name Total Care, and additional products and services. JLA is driven by a world class sales & marketing engine, owns and maintains all assets and has an efficient on-site operations team working with daily with customers. Role overview As Digital Marketing Manager you will assist with the management of performance marketing with Laundry Total. The successful candidate will be stepping into a highly commercial B2B environment with a focus on growth. We are looking for someone to assist with day-to-day digital omnichannel management the following channels: PPC SEO Paid social Conversion rate optimisation Reporting & analysis We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate marketer with a great track record to help accelerate our growth. This is a pivotal role for a creative, technical, data-savvy marketing professional looking to grow their career with a fast-growing B2B business. You’ll work closely with our British marketing and wider data and Insights teams to help launch and refine customer acquisition campaigns. You should have a background in customer acquisition and know the key performance media channels with strong communication skills, and experience in hands on digital campaign management. Key tasks You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of PPC & Paid social accounts. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (traffic, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI). Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimisation) via a platform such as HotJar. Managing SEO campaigns, including on-site content, off-site content and technical SEO. Support annual and monthly planning cycles with recommendations based on insight and ambition. Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, insight, and channel level activity. Regularly review competitor activity and deliver a competitive advantage through targeting, creative and channel mix. Identify trends and insights in digital marketing and use these to optimise spend and performance. Manage and optimise creative messaging by channel and demographic. Use a range of analytics tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Management and measurement of digital and website performance against agreed KPI’s (page load, bounce rate, time on site etc). Work closely with marketing colleagues and agencies to maximise the reach and efficiency of all marketing campaigns. Criteria • Fluent in Dutch & English. • Management of PPC campaigns with proven results. • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis • Ability to setup tracking via Google Tag Manager. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis. • Strong analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen. • Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills. • Good communicator - able to translate complex problems into simple solutions (written and verbal). • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience • 3 years’ experience in digital marketing. • Experience setting up & managing digital marketing campaigns across Paid Social & PPC platforms, with hands on experience in managing in the platforms. • SEO/content experience desirable. • User experience and Conversion Rate optimisation experience. • Experience running paid-search, display and paid social. • Experience planning social content across multiple channels. • Comfortable managing content production, whether internally or using external suppliers. • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) preferably in a marketing, digital, analytical, business or IT-related subject.
