Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claim Investigator and Recovery Associated. The role requires the ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish. The Claim Investigator and Recovery Associate will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the potential for recovery against third-parties. The role will require liaising with insurance companies, buyers, and lawyers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish (both oral and written)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in claims management and claim investigation or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Experience in a multinational and multilingual environment is a plus
• Experience with legal or insurance claims management software is a plus
• Availability to travel when required
