Sales Developer As a Sales Developer, you are commercially responsible for part of a strategic account in the high-tech & semiconductor industry. This means that you are active in all sales activities for this business unit. You are good at identifying customer needs and focus on establishing sustainable partnerships. You understand the industries challenges and can discuss them with key internal and external stakeholders, orchestrate and connecting with Capgemini's Engineering Portfolio Hours: 32-40 Location: Utrecht/Eindhoven Experience: medior/senior As a Sales Developer, you provide support in identifying and further developing opportunities for the customer and are responsible for crafting and shaping the solutions. You are good at stimulating digital transformations with latest technology developments at your customer and have a collaborative working attitude. You have an eye for how you can expand current contracts. You are part of the client team in which we work closely together. A natural interest in technology and engineering is important to fulfill your role well. In addition: Focus on selling IT/Engineering solutions You think big to help the client achieve its goals You are responsible for sales, bids, bookings and turnover growth You have an eye for how you can expand current contracts Drawing up plans to guarantee (long-term) growth Your responsibilities include: Be responsible for strategically selling in the Hightech & Semiconductor Industry. Determine the sales strategy for the customer from lead generation to contract conclusion and after-sales and concrete your approach in an account plan. Identifying the real customer needs by delving into the market and the customer's objectives Demonstrated sales track record, committed to overachieving. Managing and supervising sales processes and be the orchestrator. Drawing up plans to guarantee (long-term) growth. What you need to be successful: Bachelor or Master At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ambitious and commercially driven environment. Experience in growing a strategic account and generating business, preferably Engineering or R&D related environment. Good command of English and ideally Dutch language.
