As an MSP recruiter at Panda International, you’ll be at the forefront of managing strategic client relationships and delivering top-tier talent for their roles , connecting brilliant minds within Life Sciences with cutting-edge organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: serve as the main contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Build trust and position Panda as a strategic recruitment partner.
  • Account Expansion & Growth: identify opportunities to expand existing accounts into new departments, locations, and service areas. Maximize revenue potential by driving growth within current client portfolios.
  • Account Strategy & Planning: develop and execute tailored account growth plans. Set goals for revenue, service delivery, and client satisfaction, ensuring progress through actionable strategies.
  • Candidate Delivery: ensure a strong talent pipeline and timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: act as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in a key account management or recruitment role (agency or MSP experience is a strong plus). Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage complex client accounts. A proven track record in developing and maintaining high-value business partnerships. Experience in managing MSP accounts or working within structured service-level agreements (SLAs) is highly advantageous.

Fluency in Dutch, French, German, or any Nordic languages is highly desired but not mandatory.
