Are you ready to scale an already powerful growth engine? We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Lead Generation & Sales person who combines a strategic mindset with a strong focus on calling and conversion. Your primary goal is to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by reaching out to prospective students, guiding them through the recruitment funnel, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
This is a sales-first role where 60% of your time will be spent on qualification calls, following up on leads, and converting them into SQLs. The remaining time will be focused on optimizing our marketing infrastructure, enhancing lead generation with our marketing partners, and ensuring all digital touchpoints are effective and well-optimized. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing partners (such as an SEO agency, google ads specialist and a video marketing company) to maximize our inbound lead generation efforts and enhance the entire conversion funnel.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Calling & Lead Qualification:
- Make daily qualification calls to prospective students.
- Guide leads through the funnel from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Provide follow-ups, answer questions, and nurture leads effectively via calls, emails, and HubSpot workflows.
2. Lead Generation & Marketing Optimization:
- Collaborate with marketing partners to enhance lead generation through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- Work closely with Google Ads specialists and video marketing agencies to optimize campaigns.
- Improve the efficiency of inbound lead systems, email nurturing campaigns, and automated follow-ups.
- Continuously enhance and streamline the marketing-to-sales conversion process.
3. HubSpot Management:
- Build dashboards, track KPIs, and ensure an efficient sales pipeline through automation and optimization of HubSpot workflows. Maximize the performance of our current setup.
4. Email Nurturing:
- Design and implement email nurturing campaigns to guide leads through the recruitment funnel.
- Utilize automated sequences to maintain engagement and drive leads towards conversion.
- Continuously enhance email workflows and messaging to improve conversion rates.
5. Marketing Funnel Optimization & Growth Hacking:
- Analyze and optimize the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Implement smart growth hacking tactics and strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with partners and agencies to test, measure, and refine marketing campaigns for optimal performance.
Job requirements
We are searching for someone who:
- Has a growth-driven mindset and thrives on achieving measurable results.
- Likes to pick up the phone and talk to new interested prospects.
- Combines analytical skills with creativity to enhance and optimize recruitment processes.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or growth hacking, with a proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
- Is proficient with CRM systems including building dashboards, managing pipelines, and implementing automation. Working with HubSpot is a plus
- Is skilled in creating and executing marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Can work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- Is fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
