As Senior HR Manager – Europe, you’re not just overseeing HR. You’re shaping the workforce that will drive us into the next era of innovation. From navigating complex labor environments to aligning local practices with global strategy, you will be the bridge between vision and execution, between business and people.

Please note: While this role carries significant strategic influence and operational leadership, end responsibility for HR is with the CFO. You will be a driving force and have a high-level executional role within that structure.

What your journey will look like:

🧭 You’ll guide the region.

Lead a team of seasoned HR managers and senior experts across Europe. Together, you’ll deliver operational excellence—overseeing talent processes, performance management, merit increases, restructurings, dismissals, and rewards in line with strategy, compliance, and care.

🛠 You’ll build the foundations.

Design and implement regional HR policies and practices that bring alignment and consistency across OpCos while honoring local nuances.

💬 You’ll be a trusted voice.

You’ll advise senior management and contribute to strategic data driven decision-making across the region. From individual talent cases to organizational design, your insight will help shape people strategies that support Yokogawa’s business goals.

💡 You’ll drive continuous improvement.

You’ll champion smarter processes and better ways of working. Through data, collaboration, and experience, you’ll raise the bar on how HR supports performance, development, and retention.

🤝 You’ll be our people ambassador.

Whether collaborating with unions, navigating a sensitive conflict, or connecting with external partners, you’ll represent Yokogawa’s people-first values with empathy, diplomacy, and resolve.

🌍 You’ll lead with a European lens.

Manage cross-border HR projects and initiatives that align with our global HR policies, YEF Strategy, country plans. Expect complexity. Embrace collaboration. Deliver clarity.

What you bring to the table:

• A strategic HR mindset with 10+ years of experience, in international and matrixed environments
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing senior HR teams across multiple countries
• Expertise in labor law, performance management, compensation, and change management
• Confidence in advising executive leadership on both individual and organizational HR matters
• A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
