Retail Account Manager


We’re looking for a Key Account Manager Retail & Hospitality to join our Commercial Systems and Services Retail & Hospitality team in The Netherlands . Working for Signify means being creative and adaptive. Through our leadership in connected lighting and the Internet of Things, we’re breaking new grounds in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, cities and more! As a Key Account Manager you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term sustainable and profitable sales of Signify Lighting solutions from targeted and strategically aligned End User customers on a national basis. Develop meaningful strategical relationships with targeted corporate key accounts in the Retail & Hospitality sector. Use your consultative selling and communications skills to become the trusted advisor of your contacts and accounts. Strive to develop all key accounts to a level that Signify provides the majority of their lighting needs based on our innovative Systems and Services propositions, adding true value to our customers. Bachelor or master degree in business management/economy/ technology ~8+ yrs of sales experience in a fast paced technology/industry domain ~ Knowledge of Dutch and English is a must ~ Sales experience in the Retail & Hospitality sector is a pro ~5+ years of proven track record in sales target achievements ~5+ yrs in different sales & business assignments with ability to influence in a complex stakeholder field ~5+ years in market/customer facing operations with complex eco-systems We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
