HR Leader - Amsterdam Our client is a leading, Private Equity backed, European headquartered B2B Software business. With over 18k customers spanning across Europe’s major markets and a history of strong organic growth the business is scaling for its next phase of growth. As part of this growth, the business is seeking a dynamic HR Leader to support the global growth of the business . Responsibilities; The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices in The Netherlands. Support the integration of new acquisitions to the Group Ownership of the process of new recruits (onboarding) Oversee the annual appraisal process Lead salary review projects Work closely with the Works Council, in relation with the 2 new Managing Directors who are joining the business Follow up the office relocation project Manage local HR team, in order to achieve objectives Ensure respect of labour law to all HR processes and link with employees Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement
