About the Role: We are seeking a highly talented and collaborative Mid-Weight to Senior Creative Team to join our dynamic Amsterdam office. This team will be instrumental in shaping our clients' brands in a social-first world. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, scalable, and pitch-winning concepts and executions. A strong emphasis on big ideas is essential, but you must also demonstrate a solid understanding of how to translate those ideas into effective social media strategies, activations, and digital platforms. While hybrid skill sets are welcome, we ideally seek a balance of art direction and copywriting expertise. It's critical that the team can create polished designs and layouts, producing high-quality, nuanced English copy before handing it off to our specialized design team for final execution. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies for major brand campaigns. • Collaborate effectively to create big, scalable, pitch-winning ideas. • Deliver high-quality, nuanced English copywriting and impactful art direction. • Translate creative concepts into various formats, including social media, digital platforms, and activations. • Work with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Contribute to the overall creative direction and strategic planning of the agency. Qualifications: • Proven experience (4-6 years minimum) in a creative agency environment. • Strong portfolio showcasing successful 360° campaigns, social media, and digital work. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design/copywriting software. • Fluent in English • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrated ability to solve creative problems and manage multiple projects.
