Overview: My client is a private equity backed digital business who are seeking a Chief of Staff to work in their Executive Office. The business is at a pivotal point of growth, change and restructuring, as they transition to a SaaS business model and aim for a potential exit in a few years time. Role: Capital Market Activities: developing and implementing a new strategy alongside the CFO Communications: improving relationships and enhancing communications with external parties Strategic Projects: leading on a variety of projects across the Executive Office and collaborating with all parts of the business to ensure successful project execution Ideal Candidate: Current or former strategy consultant from McKinsey, Bain or BCG - Engagement Manager or Project Leader Equivalent Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally Exceptional stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Pro-active approach and willingness to be hands on Location: Amsterdam / Hybrid
