HR Generalist – EMEA We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to support our team in managing various HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role involves overseeing HR operations, providing guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage core HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, contract administration, and recruitment. Support employee engagement by overseeing onboarding processes, learning and development programs, and workplace initiatives. Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and internal procedures across multiple regions. Oversee payroll processing and HR-related systems, such as BambooHR. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including managers, service providers, and legal advisors. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in HR operations or HR management. Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges. Experience in an international, fast-growing environment with a scale-up mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of Dutch employment law is required.
