As the Europe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) , you drive force behind the international sales department’s success. You align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the right talent is in place to business growth. Recruitment, workforce planning, and employee relationship management are your domain, and you thrive on creating seamless processes that empower teams. Responsibilities: 1.Assess and plan the manpower needs of the international sales department, ensuring effective staffing strategies. 2.Manage the recruitment process efficiently, maintain accurate recruitment reports, and continuously build and update the corporate talent pool. 3.Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local policies and keeping HR policies updated and communicated regularly. 4.Support payroll processing, training programs, and performance management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). A minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (TA), with a preference for experience in the renewable energy sector. 2.Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken, written, and reading). 3.Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. 4.Passionate about HR, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility, innovation, and problem-solving ability. 5.Possession of a valid local work visa or permanent residence qualification.
