SAP HCM Service Delivery Manager


SAP HCM Client Service Lead / Service Deliver Manager Permanent Career Opportunity Utrecht or Brussels Dutch and English speaking We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Service Leader to join our growing team in Belgium or the Netherlands . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing SAP HCM projects, delivering client-centric solutions, and leading a team of consultants. As the Client Service Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SAP HCM solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving long-term client relationships. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, act as a leader within the consultancy, and be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of client engagements. You will also help identify and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring that our consultancy maintains its reputation for delivering excellence in SAP HCM. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, providing guidance on SAP HCM best practices and strategic HR transformations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise. Project Leadership & Oversight: Lead SAP HCM projects, including implementation, support, and optimization, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee the development of project plans, resources, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure that SAP HCM solutions meet both client requirements and industry best practices. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment that encourages continuous learning and development. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and help consultants progress in their careers. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts, positioning SAP HCM solutions that drive client success and business growth. Contribute to proposals, presentations, and bids to win new clients or expand services with existing ones. Work closely with the sales team to create tailored solutions that address client needs and objectives. Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure that all SAP HCM solutions are delivered with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track. Continuously assess client feedback and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates, including progress reports, financials, and status updates, to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all client interactions, projects, and communications. Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, with a strong focus on client services and project management. Proven experience managing complex SAP HCM implementations or optimizations, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors or related modules. Previous experience leading teams and managing client-facing relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and present confidently to senior executives. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering client solutions that meet their business needs. Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. MUST be fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP HCM certification (SuccessFactors or related modules) highly desirable. PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus.
