The company is looking for an experienced commercial marketer to join the Jack Link’s EMEA senior leadership team & head up the international Jack Link’s snacking brand. To develop the marketing strategy & deliver the initiatives that enable double digit growth year on year Lead the marketing strategy for Jack Link’s to deliver long term double digit growth, with the EMEA playfield in mind (while keep growing the core markets of Germany, the UK and the NL) Specifically deliver a Total Brand 3 year & annual marketing plan & country specific plans Own the brand strategy, focusing on brand development, equity improvement, communication development & implementation, innovation strategy & implementation, shopper marketing, whilst aligning with the category team Be a key member of the MLT (Marketing Leadership team) to develop the marketing agenda across the company (EMEA & Globally) Be a key member of the CLT (Commercial Leadership Team) to ensure delivery of the commercial agenda Co-ordinate the Jack Link’s team resources with the cross functional Country Business Teams (CBT) responsible for delivery of the specific regional commercial targets Lead the Jack Link’s marketing team (2 x Brand Managers, 1 x Shopper Marketing Manager, managing resources & developing the team members A minimum of 10 years (leading) FMCG marketing, with a focus on strategic brand & innovation development, communications, portfolio management & new product implementation Demonstrable success in delivering commercial results via strong brand building, both in established categories and in developing new categories Proven experience in developing marketing strategies covering both long term brand building initiatives & shorter term sales driving initiatives Proven experience in developing & delivering ATL & BTL effective & efficient campaigns across multiple media channels, including digital and shopper marketing activities Project management & cross functional team leadership experience with a focus on commercial team collaborations Team leadership & people development experience Market knowledge of the UK and DE FMCG is appreciated Consumer centric thinking combined with excellent commercial understanding & financially savvy approach to marketing Strong leadership abilities combined with the ability to flex between leadership and collaborative team working styles Entrepreneurial thinker & creative problem solver Budget planning & management skills Reports to: EMEA Marketing Director
