We are currently seeking a Designer Mechanics to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering innovative mechanical designs for cutting-edge technologies, ensuring systems meet exacting standards while remaining manufacturable and cost-effective. Requirement Translation : Collaborate with architects to translate specifications into mechanical designs, performing hand calculations and tolerance analyses. Design Creation : Define critical dimensions and visualize designs in 3D, contributing to the product's overall development alongside multidisciplinary teams. Ensure designs align with Design for Excellence (DFX) principles, focusing on cost, manufacturability, assembly, and serviceability. Support and mentor engineers and junior designers, fostering growth and innovation within the team. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanics. At least 5 years of experience in designing mechatronic and precision systems. Knowledge of FEM, dynamics, flow/thermal analysis, or optics. Creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver design solutions that balance multidisciplinary requirements. Excellent understanding of DfX principles (cost, manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, etc.) Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers. End-to-End Involvement : Participate in every stage of product development, from customer requirements to operational deployment.
